tori & dylan

casa cody, palm springs, california

tori & dylan had a creative vision for their day that embraced the tropical atmosphere of palm springs and leaned into a 1970s vibe. they were all about keeping the traditions that mattered and losing the ones that don’t. celebrating at casa cody, the oldest running hotel in palm springs, provided the perfect backdrop: a ceremony on the sprawling lawn in front of the adobe house, cocktail hour by the pool, and a reception on the bougainvillea-lined winter’s lawn.

tori, who has a background in fashion & styling, chose a completely unique dress by cult gaia with keyhole cut-outs, an open back, and wide feathered sleeves. she paired with modern silver shoes by mango and colorful drop earrings by swarovski for a fashion-forward yet simple look. dylan complemented her in a blue suit from suitsupply, and bridesmaids wore dresses of their choice in neutral tones with gold accents. samara beauty and chanel temple provided beautiful, elegant hair & makeup on-site.

the reception lawn was transformed by the decor & floral team luna design studios, complete with a custom chartreuse & white checkered dance floor. long family-style dinner tables were adorned with tropical blooms like bird of paradise, anthurium, and orchids. guests enjoyed dinner via harvest kitchen and sipped on custom cocktails by mixologist cyllan hicks, then lined up for fresh scoops from the gelato granucci cart before dancing the night away under the desert sky.
